Fox has released the first clip from next month’s thriller A Cure For Wellness and it’s pretty tense.

The Amazing Spider-Man‘s Dane DeHaan plays a young executive who is sent to Switzerland to bring his company’s CEO home from some kind of “wellness center.” Something strange is going on there, however. In this clip, he gets caught on a restricted floor and has a confrontation with a doctor character played by Harry Potter‘s Jason Isaacs. Check it out:

A Cure for Wellness also features Mia Goth, who starred in Lars von Trier’s Nymphomaniac. It is directed by Pirates of the Caribbean director Gore Verbinksi. The movie hits theaters on February 17, 2017.

Additionally, Fox has launched a promotional website for the film, Healthcuregov.com. “Are you feeling unwell?” the site asks. “Discover a path to wellness.”
